Weight: still only down 9 pounds. Slow but steady
Exercise: an average of 45 minutes a day 5 times a week. With at least 3 days a week of a 45 minute walk.
Calorie count: under my calorie goal an average of 6 days a week but still have it to high in bad food. Need to be stronger.
Fabulous news! I am 5 inches slimmer in my waist! This is what keeps me going. Down my first dress size!
A little scared though. Vacation is 2 weeks away and with only hovering at 10 pounds down I am afraid I will ruin all my hard work in one week.
I am going to need a lot of will power.

Pinterest #24 bird nest breakfast
These were a hit!!
They are very yummy! A bit time consuming but very good. And on the other plus side you can store them in the fridge for a while or freeze them. Pop them in the microwave for a minute and have a quick to go breakfast.
They are even more yummy with salsa and sour cream on top.
They each have 1 egg in them which is a little much. I need to see if I can cut it in half and that would be perfect.
I can tell they will be a regular in our house.

Pinterest #23 Oven "boiled" eggs
I don't think I will be doing this one again. Not that it didn't turn out. They were just fine. But for the same result I can stick with boiling them for the same time and not use as much energy in doing so. Plus baking them doesn't help with the peeling issues. I think the boiling method with adding baking soda to the water works better.
So go ahead and try it. It works just fine.
