Kids say the cutest things

I know I haven't posted anything in a while. Well, lets just face it, at the moment my life is pretty boring. But, to my happiness, the little ones like to keep things interesting.
Recently Kaylee opted to help out her school by selling cookie dough. My wonderful Grandmother Sadler ordered some for her. We made a trip out to her house to pick up the money. The girls stayed in the car since it was a quick in and out. Grandma came out to say hi to them and said "how are my cute little angels?" Chesney quickly answered. "No, I am Chesney and this is my sister Jaycie." I just thought it was to cute not to share.

Only way to watch TV!

I just thought this was to cute not to post. Chesney is enjoying her TV time. Isn't she cute!

Jazz Training Center

We are fortunate enough to have a family member who works for the Utah Jazz Basketball Team. She was nice enough to arrange a tour of the practice facility for us one Saturday. It was great fun! We got to see where all the magic happens. This was our "tour guide barbie" Cristi. Isn't she just fabulous! We started out on the upper level and saw the meeting room where they hold the draft every year. Then moved to the theatre room where they review tape and such. Just like a movie theatre. Then off to the break room which included a kitchen and pool table and a nice TV and couches to relax on. Then a quick tour of the offices. Next stop was down stairs to the locker room. We had to wait outside the door for a minute because she thought a player had shown up. She had to make sure he was decent before we could go in! Sure enough Mr. Kirilenko himself had shown up for his physical therapy session. After a few minutes we got to go in and see the "hospital wing" or the medical facility for their recoveries. Right next door was the locker room. We got to take picture of the kids and family members next to the lockers of their favorite players. They even got to see and hold the shoes of some of the "bigger" players. As you can tell they have HUGE feet! Next was off to the court. Cristi found some basketballs and everyone had a ball playing hoops and trying to reach the baskets. During our play time Mr. Kirilenko showed up on the court on his way to the work out room on the other side. Laine happened to be right next to the door when he came out. He said hi to him and leaned down to give Laine a "high" five. It was the highlight of his day! Then we went to the press room where they hold their after game interviews and got to sit behind the table and in front of the NBA banner. This concluded our tour. Needless to say it was very entertaining and informative on the nature of the basketball scene. Thank you Cristi for arranging it for us!

Dog Breeding 101...No puppies

Well, Asia's due date has come and gone. To our sadness she didn't have any puppies. So, I guess we have a dog that we can't get trained due to bizarre events in getting her into class. And, a dog we can't get to breed. What now for poor Asia? We have decided we will try breeding again as soon as she is in heat. If it doesn't take this time we know there must be something wrong and just get her fixed. Then we will try training again.

Happy Birthday Tom!

Today is Tom's 34th Birthday! I am so proud of him! He has been an inspiration in my life. Until he joined my family I had no idea what a "good" man was. He has brought me such happiness and joy that I will always treasure. I love him with all my heart! I hope he has a wonderful birthday!
